Through this service, you can request an extension of the initial approval for licensing social care facility to complete all licensing requirements

  • Service terms and conditions: Applicant shall have initial approval from Department of Community Development.
  • Required Document: Official letter from the applicant explaining the extension request as well as the reasons
  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
  3. Receive final decision on request to extend social care facility initial approval through the available channel
