Through this service, you can request to issue Approval for Social Care Facility Event/Internal and External Activity for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
- Required Documents:
- Copy of the event’s agenda indicating the fees for activities and events
- Copy of the approval of the parties participating and supporting the event
- List of the details of the participants and speakers in the event
- List of participating beneficiaries “if the applicant is a rehabilitation facility for people of determination”
- Approval of the parents of the participating beneficiaries “if the applicant is a rehabilitation facility for people of determination.”
- Service Steps:
- Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
- Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
- Receive final decision on request to issue Approval for Social Care Facility Event/Internal and External Activity for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch through the available channel
