Main Pillars

The programme is built around four integrated pillars:

1.  Personal Values and Life Skills

Strengthening Emirati identity and values, self-confidence, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, while developing the skills needed to make responsible decisions and navigate different stages of life with greater awareness.

2.  Social and Family Values

Developing communication and dialogue skills, promoting mutual respect, building an understanding of shared responsibilities, and preparing young people for marriage and family life—supporting healthy relationships and stable, cohesive families.

3.  Financial Awareness

Building skills in financial planning, income management and saving, while raising awareness of financial commitments. This enables young people to make realistic financial decisions and prepare for their future and family life.

4.  Health and Quality of Life

Raising awareness of mental and physical health, encouraging healthy habits, and highlighting how lifestyle choices and health-related decisions affect the quality of life of individuals and families.
