Qudwati | Where Experience Meets Ambition

The Qudwati Program is an initiative by the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi that connects Emirati youth with experienced professionals and retirees, with the aim of strengthening intergenerational bonds through the transfer of knowledge and practical experiences, contributing to building a generation that is more prepared for the future.
