- The Non-Profit Organization must be licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- The transfer of funds must be aligned with the objectives and activities set out in the Organization’s bylaws.
- The transfer of funds must comply with the laws and regulations governing Non-Profit Organizations.
- Required Documents:
- A copy of the beneficiary entity’s license or constitution.
- Board of Directors approval for the fund transfer.
- A copy of the fund transfer receipt.
- Any supporting documents.
