Issue No Objection Certificate to Open Non-Profit Organization Bank Account

Through this service, you can request to issue No Objection letter to open a bank account.

• Service terms and conditions: 

1. The Non-Profit Organization must be licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
2. The bank account must be opened for purposes aligned with the objectives and activities set out in the Organization’s constitution.
3. The bank account must be opened with a national bank in the United Arab Emirates.

• Required Documents:

1. A valid copy of the passport and Emirates ID of the authorized signatories.
2. Minutes of the General Assembly meeting indicating the results of the Board of Directors elections, if the applicant is an association.
3. Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting specifying the key positions within the Board, if the applicant is an association.
4. A copy of the resolution appointing the Board of Trustees, if the applicant is a private foundation.
