Through this service, you can request an approval to Modify NPO license
- Service terms and conditions: Providing all required documents in accordance with the Federal Decree by Law No. (50) of 2023 Concerning the Regulations of Public Welfare Association which are available on official websites.
- Required Documents:
- Request letter to modify the licenced name including the new proposed name and reasons for the modifications
- Minutes of the extraordinary general assembly meeting including approval of modifying the association/foundation name
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) for modifying the association/foundation name
- Request letter to modify the licence including the specified items and reasons for the modifications. (Click Here)

- Submit the application along with the required documents through the available channels (ngo.licensing@addcd.gov.ae)
- Receive the final approval on the request once completed
