Issue Approval to Modify Non-Profit Organization Licence

Through this service, you can request an approval to Modify NPO license

• Service terms and conditions: 

1. The Non-Profit Organization must be licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
2. The requested amendment must comply with the applicable laws and regulations governing Non-Profit Organizations.
3. All conditions related to the requested amendment must be fulfilled.

• Required Documents:

1. Request letter to modify the licenced name including the new proposed name and reasons for the modifications
2. Minutes of the extraordinary general assembly meeting including approval of modifying the association/foundation name
3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) for modifying the association/foundation name
4. Request letter to modify the licence including the specified items and reasons for the modifications. (Click Here)

1. Submit the application along with the required documents through the available channels (ngo.licensing@addcd.gov.ae)
2. Receive the final approval on the request once completed
