Through this service, it is possible to request a renewal of approval for a religious leader to be able to perform religious duties and supervise a place of worship

  • Service terms and conditions: Religious leader must obtain previous approval from licensed place of worship.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Board of Trustees Minutes of Meeting Form confirming and approving the nomination for the main religious leader
  2. Copy of passport of the religious Leader
  3. Copy of Emirates ID of the religious Leader
  4. Police clearance certificate of the religious Leader
  5. Curriculum vitae of the religious Leader
  6. Copy of the academic certificate proving the credentials of the religion leader
  7. Appointment letter from the licensed places of worship in Abu Dhabi to allow the “religious leader of denomination” to practice religious duties

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application along with the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive approval on the request
