Through this service, licensed place of worship can request to change the license information

  • Service terms and conditions: Place of Workshop must be licensed in Abu Dhabi.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Place of Worship License Modification Form
  2. Board of Trustees Minutes of Meeting Form confirming and approving the requested change
  3. Letter from the Department of Municipalities and Transport approving the new location (if applicable)
  4. Certificate of confirmation from Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority(if applicable)
  5. Certificate of confirmation from the Monitoring and Control Center (if applicable)
  6. Tenancy contract rent or completion certificate  - notarized by the Department of Municipalities and Transport.(if applicable)
  7. The original license for a place of worship issued by the Department of Community Development
  
  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit license modification request to DCD, by specifying modification type & reason through official letter
  2. All required documents must be submitted to the Department of Community Development through  the available channels
  3. Receive the new license by visiting DCD building
