Through this service, you can request to modify details of place of worship licence or constitution
- Service terms and conditions: Place of worship must meet the eligibility conditions stipulated in law number 9 of 2023 concerning the regulation of places of worship for non-Muslims.

- Council minutes of meeting form (click here)
- Lease contract/completion of a building from the Department of Municipalities and Transport
- Conformity Certificate from Monitoring and Control Centre
- Conformity Certificate from Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority
- Proposed constitution (click here)
- Service Steps:
- Log in using UAE PASS or through available channels
- Submit the application and the required documents
- Receive the modified Place of Worship Licence or Constitution.
- Beneficiaries: Licensed Non-Muslim Place of Worship in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
