Through this service, you request an approval to dispose records for fundraising purposes in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Applicant must be from licensed entities for fundraising/charities.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Copy of the Applicant’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association  
  2. Applicant Signature Authorization Letter  
  3. Valid Copy of Passport and Emirates ID of the Applicant Representatives

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional document if needed
  3. Receive of the final decision on request to approve disposal of accounting records for fundraising purposes by e-mail

 

  • Beneficiaries: Permitted entities/entities licensed  to fundraising in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
